Returns & Exchanges

Ensuring you have a great shopping experience is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you might need to make a return, and we're here to help you with that. However, we kindly ask that you consider the impact that returns can have on our small business and refrain from misuse of our return policy.

For returns:

Your item must be in its original condition - unused, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell.

 

Return Process:

Step 1: Initiate your return through our return portal. ​

Step 2: Prepare the item for return and include the packing slip for quicker processing.

Step 3: Select Your Preferred Shipping Option for Returns​

Step 4: Drop off your package at the post office within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

 

Please Note:

  • All returns are subject to an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards.

  • Non-Returnable Items include glassware and personalised orders

Exchanges:

Certain items are eligible for exchange but with you bearing additional cost of delivery. Kindly contact us if you would prefer a different design.

Issues with the order:

We take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the issue. We're committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, which can be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

Please Note: Slight differences in colour are not considered damage, as they could be due to lighting or screen settings.
